Finding Your Way is a 12-week grief course designed to help you reconnect with your needs, identity, hopes, values, safety, and creativity . Each week, you’ll receive a lesson with reflective exercises and writing or creativity prompts to help you clarify your sense of self and direction after loss. You’ll also have access to a moderated online discussion forum to connect with others in the course and twice-monthly drop-in Zoom sessions for connection and accountability—no pressure, all optional.
